FRUIT CRISP

Everyone enjoys a delicious Fruit Crisp!

  • 3 cup (8oz) dried cranberries
  • ½ cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup margarine or butter
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts, optional

Reconstitute dried fruit. Place fruit in an ungreased 8 inch round baking pan. Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and nuts in a bowl. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle oat mixture over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 6 servings
